City of Tshwane Enterprise Development Unit
WDB consulting services and our partner in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Feedback Analytics, a research and analytics service provider, delivered a 1 day M&E training to the City of Tshwane ED unit. The objective of the training was to help the attendees to understand the logframe terminology and to be able to apply the logframe methodology to their projects.
It was a productive hands-on day during which existing projects were used to guide attendees on defining the objectives of their projects and identifying and prioritizing specific measurable indicators. One of the attendees had this to say, “We really learnt a lot from this exercise and we appreciate your efforts.”
