WDB consulting services developed the strategy and managed the implementation of the AIC Community Development project. The purpose of the project was to establish a Community Development Trust. The role of WDB consulting services was to ensure that all the relevant stakeholders had been engaged; identifying beneficiary communities and ensuring their participation in the formation of the Trust structure. In addition, WDB consulting services had to ensure that all communities were informed of the AIC Trust and had participated in the selection of community Trustees who alongside Independent Trustees will guide the process of selecting developmental projects for the communities.
