Consulting Services - Overview
WDB IH, through their consulting services division, provides consultancy services for corporate to structure and implement their Enterprise Development; Community Development; and Corporate Social Responsibility strategies. This includes looking at various elements of the BBBEE (broad based black economic empowerment) scorecard to ensure firstly, the development of small, medium and micro-enterprises to enable them to participate in the economic main stream. Secondly, it enables corporates to ensure the well being and long term socio-economic development of the communities within which they operate. In addition, WDB consulting services is passionate about the sustainability of such strategies and therefore offers monitoring & evaluation processes that will measure the impact of any initiative and make recommendations of overall improvements.
